- 2 Pursuant to Section 8-44-112 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, time is reserved for public comment on legislative items appearing on this agenda. Members of the public wishing to speak may sign-up on the Council Committee sign-up sheet posted outside the room where the committee is scheduled to meet. Public Comment sign-up for Council Committee meetings will end immediately before the meeting begins. Public Comment is limited to eight minutes total at Council Committee meetings and each speaker is allowed up to two minutes to speak. All public comment speakers must present proof of Tennessee residency. - 1. A resolution exempting Fly Pelican Fly, located at 1101A McKennie Avenue from the minimum distance requirements for obtaining a beer permit pursuant to Section 7.08.090.E of the Metropolitan Code.
- 2. A resolution exempting Curry Boys BBQ, located at 1304 McGavock Pike from the minimum distance requirements for obtaining a beer permit pursuant to Section 7.08.090.E of the Metropolitan Code.

- 3. An ordinance approving a memorandum of understanding between the Metropolitan Beer Permit Board and the Metropolitan Department of Codes Administration to facilitate cooperation for the enforcement of Title 7, Chapter 9.20, and Chapter 16.24 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws.
- 4. An ordinance approving Amendment Number 2 to a sole source contract between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and Splash Business Intelligence, Inc., to extend the term and increase the estimated value of the contract.
