- 2 Pursuant to Section 8 44 112 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, time is reserved for public comment on legislative items appearing on this agenda. - 2. A resolution accepting the terms of a cooperative purchasing master agreement for fleet management technology, solutions, products and services for the Department of Water and Sewage Services, Waste Services Division.
