- 2 Pursuant to Section 8 44 112 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, time is reserved for public comment on legislative items appearing on this agenda. - 1. A resolution approving Amendment 1 to a Location Agreement between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, through the department of Water and Sewerage Services, and T-Mobile South, LLC.
- 2. A resolution accepting the terms of a cooperative purchasing master agreement for urgent purchases for maintenance, repair, and operations supplies, equipment, and related products for the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office.
- 3. A resolution approving amendment two to a grant from the Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Office of Family Safety, to fund staffing positions to help manage the multi-disciplinary needs of its clients.
- 4. A resolution accepting a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas Program (HIDTA) grant from the United States Office of National Drug Control Policy, and the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, to provide funding to aid in the investigation of drug-related deaths.
- 5. A resolution accepting a donation of a trained police horse from the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee for the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department Mounted Patrol to use for law enforcement duties.
- 6. A resolution approving a memorandum of understanding between Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Metropolitan Nashville Arts Commission, and Hands On, United Way of Greater Nashville, for an AmeriCorp program participant to perform volunteer services on Metropolitan Nashville Arts Commission’s community engagement programs and activities.

A resolution approving an ancillary provider agreement between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc., to provide healthcare services to individuals eligible to receive covered services under a BlueCross benefit plan.
- 8. A resolution approving an ancillary agreement between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and Volunteer State Health Plan, Inc. dba BlueCare Tennessee, to provide TennCare funding for covered services provided at the Metropolitan Public Health Department to eligible members in the BlueCare Tennessee network.

A resolution approving amendment one to a grant from the Tennessee Department of Health to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to ensure federal preparedness funds are directed to Tennessee Regional and Metropolitan Emergency Preparedness programs to prepare for, respond to, and recover from public health threats.

A resolution approving amendment two to a grant from the Tennessee Department of Health to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to improve the health of the citizens of Davidson County by preventing and controlling the use of tobacco and tobacco products.

A resolution approving an application for a Land and Water Conservation Fund grant from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation, to provide funding for the development of “The Farm” area of Mill Ridge Park and accepting a grant from the Joe C. Davis Foundation and the Friends of Mill Ridge Park to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation, to match funds for the project.
- 12. A resolution approving a contract between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and Cues, Inc. for the provision of Granite Net Software, products, parts and service support.
- 13. A resolution accepting the terms of a cooperative purchasing master agreement for fleet management technology, solutions, products and services for the Department of Water and Sewage Services, Waste Services Division.
- 14. A resolution requesting the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department to conduct an evaluation of the safety plans and measures for Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools.
