- 2 Pursuant to Section 8 44 112 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, time is reserved for public comment on legislative items appearing on this agenda. Members of the public wishing to speak may sign up on the Council Committee sign up sheet posted outside the room where the committee is scheduled to meet. - 1. A resolution approving a contract between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and My Goat, Inc., to provide equipment, services and software for robotic mowers for the Department of Parks and Recreation.
- 2. A resolution approving a memorandum of understanding between Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Metropolitan Nashville Arts Commission, and Hands On, United Way of Greater Nashville, for an AmeriCorp program participant to perform volunteer services on Metropolitan Nashville Arts Commission’s community engagement programs and activities.

A resolution approving an application for a Land and Water Conservation Fund grant from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation, to provide funding for the development of “The Farm” area of Mill Ridge Park and accepting a grant from the Joe C. Davis Foundation and the Friends of Mill Ridge Park to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation, to match funds for the project.
