- 1. A resolution urging the Electric Power Board of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to terminate the employment of Teresa Broyles-Aplin as Chief Executive Officer of Nashville Electric Service.
- 2. A resolution approving a Youth Climate Action Fund grant application from Bloomberg Philanthropies to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Office of the Mayor, to create a Neighborhood Youth Climate Captains program in collaboration with the non-profit Cumberland River Compact to offer Nashville youth a way to have a tangible impact on the city.

A resolution approving an intergovernmental agreement by and between the State of Tennessee, Department of Transportation (“TDOT”), and the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Nashville Department of Transportation (“NDOT”), for the Connect Downtown Adaptive Signal System project. - 4. A resolution approving Amendment Number 1 to a sole source agreement between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and Transportation Control Systems, Inc. to increase the contract value and revise the proof of insurance clause language.
- 5. A resolution accepting the terms of a cooperative purchasing master agreement with Toter, LLC for waste and recycling collection solutions for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County Department of Waste Services.
- 6. A resolution approving a participation agreement between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services, and Chilton Homes, LLC, to provide public water service improvements for Chilton Homes’ proposed development, as well as other existing properties in the area (MWS Project No. 25-WL-0033 and Proposal No. 2026M-003AG-001).
