Members of the public wishing to speak may sign up on the Council Committee signup sheet posted outside the room where the committee is scheduled to meet. - 3 Resolutions
- 1. A resolution approving an intergovernmental agreement between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, through the Davidson County Criminal Court Clerk, and the State of Tennessee, through the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, to establish a collaborative framework for the digitization of historical criminal court records to support the enhancement and maintenance of Tennessee's Computerized Criminal History system and improve the accuracy and completeness of firearm background checks and criminal history records.
- 2. A resolution appropriating a total of $638,789 from the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center to implement a culturally tailored education campaign to reach individuals through various means, train additional primary care providers in medications for opioid use disorder, and formalize partnerships with trusted community organizations to host events to reduce the stigma of opioid use disorder.

A resolution appropriating a total of $106,000 from the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to We Are One Recovery to expand access to prevention education, peer navigation, and linkage to care for adults in Davidson County at elevated risk for opioid misuse, relapse, and overdose.

A resolution approving an interlocal agreement between the Emergency Communications District for Nashville and Davidson County and The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County for the provision of services and reimbursement of costs pertaining to a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) in Davidson County.
- 5. A resolution approving an application for an Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) from the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency, to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Office of Emergency Management, to provide funds to subsidize the Emergency Management Program.
- 6. A resolution accepting the terms of a cooperative purchasing master agreement with Vector Solutions for training management software for the Nashville Fire Department.
- 7. A resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to a Contract by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (“Metro”) and Intergraph Corporation.
- 8. A resolution accepting the terms of a cooperative purchasing master agreement with Midway Trailers, Inc. for mobile command posts for the Metro Nashville Police Department.
- 9. A resolution accepting the terms of a cooperative purchasing master agreement with Tomahawk Strategic Solutions, LLC for personal equipment, clothing and protective apparel for the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department.
- 10. A resolution accepting the terms of a cooperative purchasing master agreement with MBF Industries, Inc. for law enforcement vehicles that are manufactured for a special purpose and attachments for the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department.

- 11. An ordinance directing the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department and the Mayor’s Office, through the Office of Youth Safety, and requesting the coordination of Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools, to jointly develop an education and information-sharing initiative aimed at identifying and countering the growing threat of online extremist content that targets and exploits young people in Nashville and Davidson County.
- 12. An ordinance establishing the Opioid Settlement Steering Committee’s role in guiding the strategic use of the Metropolitan Government’s opioid settlement funds through a clear, transparent, and data-driven process.
