A resolution accepting the Healthy Start Initiative Grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to provide a variety of services in reducing infant mortality for pregnant and parenting women.

A resolution appropriating a total of $750,000 from the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to Dismas, Inc., to operate the Dismas House and Harm Reduction Initiative to focus on expanding linkage to, and harm-reduction services for, men returning from incarceration who face an elevated risk of opioid use disorder and overdose.

A resolution approving amendment three to an Air Pollution Control Program Support grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, for the ongoing collection of data on ambient air monitoring and various other activities to reduce or control air pollutants in Nashville, Tennessee.

A resolution accepting a Continuum of Care grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) being transferred from the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Office of Homeless Services, as the local HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Collaborative Applicant to develop a CoC system.

A resolution approving amendment one to a Supported Employment Expansion grant from the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Office of Homeless Services, to provide staff to help promote Individual Placement and Support/Supported Employment (IPS/SE) programs in the recovery of people who have serious mental illness through work.

- 35. An ordinance amending Section 2.08.030 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws relative to the publication of the annual operating budget and the capital improvements budget.
- 36. An ordinance requiring that all boards, commissions, committees, and authorities of the Metropolitan Government with financial authority or a fiduciary duty record and make publicly available the proceedings of their meetings.
- 37. An ordinance amending certain sections of the Metropolitan Code of Laws (i) relating to the apportionment, distribution and allocation of revenues from tourist accommodation taxes to comply with the provisions of Public Chapter No. 1079 of the 2026 Public Acts of Tennessee and (ii) to extend the levy and collection of the additional hotel occupancy privilege tax in accordance with applicable state law.
