- 2 Pursuant to Section 8 44 112 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, time is reserved for public comment on legislative items appearing on this agenda or related to the committee. Members of the public wishing to speak may sign up on the Council Committee signup sheet posted outside the room where the committee is scheduled to meet. - 1. A resolution appropriating a total of $71,900.00 from the Nashville Public Library to Water Walkers for the provision of free and high-quality afterschool and summer programming through the Library’s Nashville After Zone Alliance after school and out-of-school time coordinating system.
- 2. A resolution approving a grant application from the Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Nashville Public Library, for the purchase and installation of a powered, adult-sized changing table in the single occupancy restroom of the Madison Branch Library.
- 3. A resolution approving a license agreement between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Department of Parks and Recreation, and the State of Tennessee, acting by and through its Commissioner of Transportation, to construct and maintain a multi-use pedestrian greenway in Davidson County, Tennessee. (Proposal No. 2026M-027AG-001)
- 4. A resolution accepting an in-kind grant from the Friends of Mill Ridge Park to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation, to fund the purchase and installation of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) at Mill Ridge Park.

- 5. An ordinance approving Amendment 1 to a contract between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and The Library Corporation to provide software maintenance and support for the CarlX integrated library system.

An ordinance approving a conservation easement agreement between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, through the Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation, and Campus Operations, Inc. for a greenway trail along the east bank of the Cumberland River (Proposal No. 2026M-035AG-001).
