  2. 2 Pursuant to Section 8 44 112 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, time is reserved for public comment on legislative items appearing on this agenda or related to the committee. Members of the public wishing to speak may sign up on the Council Committee signup sheet posted outside the room where the committee is scheduled to meet. Public Comment sign up for Council Committee meetings will end immediately before the meeting begins. A resolution appropriating a total of $71,900.00 from the Nashville Public Library to Water Walkers for the provision of free and high-quality afterschool and summer programming through the Library’s Nashville After Zone Alliance after school and out-of-school time coordinating system. A resolution approving a grant application from the Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Nashville Public Library, for the purchase and installation of a powered, adult-sized changing table in the single occupancy restroom of the Madison Branch Library.
