- 1. A resolution accepting a grant from the State of Tennessee, Administrative Office of the Courts, to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Davidson County State Trial Courts, for the provision of interpreter/translation services for parties with limited English proficiency.
- 2. A resolution accepting a grant from the State of Tennessee, Administrative Office of the Courts, to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Davidson County State Trial Courts, to provide interpreter/translation services by a Tennessee Certified Spanish Court interpreter for parties with limited English proficiency.
- 3. A resolution accepting a grant from the State of Tennessee, Administrative Office of the Courts, to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Davidson County Juvenile Court, for the provision of interpreter/translation services for parties with limited English proficiency.
- 4. A resolution to appropriate grant funds from The Kresge Foundation to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Action Commission, for general operating support.
- 5. A resolution approving Amendment 1 to a Contract by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and Ryder Integrated Logistics, Inc. for the provision of refrigerated trucks and trailers for Metro Action Commission summer food services program.
- 6. A resolution approving a contract between the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, and the State of Tennessee, Department of Health, to provide Medical Examiner Investigations, Postmortem Examinations, and Consultations.

A resolution approving amendment two to a contract by and between the State of Tennessee, Department of Human Services, and the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to conduct immunization record audits for child-care centers, drop-in centers, and group child-care homes to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families in Tennessee.

A resolution approving a Maternal Produce Prescription Program grant application from the Health Resources and Services Administration to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Board of Health, to expand existing food prescription programs and increase food access, healthy food intake, and food security for maternal populations.

A resolution approving amendment one to a Continuum of Care grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Office of Homeless Services, as the local HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Collaborative Applicant to develop a CoC system.
- 10. A resolution approving an application for a FY2026 Grants to Support Families in the Justice System (Justice for Families) Program grant from the U. S. Department of Justice to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Office of Family Safety, to establish a supervised visitation and safe exchange program at its community-centered Family Safety Center to provide a safe, structured way to manage custody exchanges and visitation.
- 11. A resolution accepting the terms of a cooperative purchasing master agreement with Lexipol, LLC for policy, training, reporting, and wellness solutions for the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department.
- 12. A resolution approving an application for a DOJ FY 2026 Invited to Apply-National Integrated Ballistic Information (NIBIN) Modernization Program grant from the U.S. Department of Justice, to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD), to fund the modernization of the MNPD Crime Laboratory’s ballistic imaging capabilities to strengthen forensic ballistic capabilities and improve the investigation and resolution of firearm-related crimes.
