2. 9 An Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville Amending Section 4-58(G) of Chapter 4 of the Knoxville City Code so as to allow for beer permitholders throughout the City to apply for and obtain “Patio Use Agreements” for parts of the public right-of-way contiguous to their permitted establishment under specified criteria established by the City. (Requested by Operations)
3. 11 A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Purchase and Development Agreement with Emerald Youth Foundation for the development of certain real property located on the south side of Magnolia Avenue bounded by Beaman Street, Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, and Alice Street in order to serve youth and families throughout east Knoxville and the broader community by providing educational enrichment, sports, wellness and other activities. (Requested by Administration)
4. 12 An Ordinance to close a portion of Ambrose Street adjacent to City Blocks 19184 and 19206, being bound by Ohio Avenue to the west, an unimproved alley to the east, Tax I.D. Parcel No. 081IC029 to the north, and 1202 Ohio Avenue to the south, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners. (Requested by Engineering Department)
