4. 11 A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Jones Locating Service to provide utility damage prevention and related services for the City's streetlighting system in an annual amount not to exceed $150,000.00. (Requested by Engineering Department)
5. 12 An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $1,500.00 from the Community Safety and Empowerment budget and donating same to TKJ Foundation in support of Camp 24, a community football camp and character development event in honor of Zaevion Dobson.
