4. 11 A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept proposals to provide excess liability insurance coverage, vehicle and equipment damage insurance coverage, and inland marine insurance coverage for mobile equipment, all as part of the City’s and K-Trans Management, Inc.’s self-insured liability program, for an estimated annual premium of $762,048.00. (Requested by Employee Benefits and Risk Management Department)
5. 12 An Ordinance amending Chapter 4 of the Knoxville City Code, Article I, Section 4-1 (Possession or consumption on certain property prohibited or restricted); Article II, Section 4-76 (Temporary serving area special event permits); and Section 4-77 (Special events permits) related to the sale of beer on certain property to streamline the code, provide for consistency for event management and safety, and provide equitable opportunity for events to be held throughout the City.
