- 1 Notice is hereby given that a joint, non-voting workshop of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2019, at 5:00 pm in the City Hall Training Room. - 1. (5:00 - 5:30 pm) Discussion Of Establishing Envision Franklin Design Concepts For Recently Annexed Properties In Goose Creek.
- 2. (5:30 - 6:00 pm) Discussion of a Development Plan proposing the removal of eight existing multi-family units within one building and constructing 72 new multi-family units within three new buildings at an existing multi-family complex, on 20 acres, located at 801 Del Rio Pike (Madison PUD).
- 3. (6:00 - 6:30 pm) Discussion of a Development Plan revision, reducing the commercial square footage from 500,000 SF to 200,000 SF, increasing the unit count by 766 units, and adding one additional parcel to the PUD limits, on approximately 1520 acres, located west of Del Rio Pike along New HWY 96 (Westhaven PUD).
