  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at Kool Beans Coffee and Roasterie for City Council Community Office Hours to be held Thursday, January 4, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
