  4. 4 City Council Strategic Planning Retreat A quorum of City Council members will be present January 31 from 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., February 1 from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., and February 2 from 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. for a City Council Strategic Planning Retreat. No official city business will be acted upon.
