  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at Cottonwood Coffee for Downtown Coffee Hour to be held Thursday, February 15, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
