- 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at the Brookings Area Chamber of Commerce "Taste of Brookings" Annual Celebration at Club 71 in the Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium to be held Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
