  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at Mission Coffeehouse located inside First Lutheran Church for Coffee with Council to be held Monday, April 8, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
