3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at City of Brookings Scholarship Social at the South Dakota State University Foundation to be held Thursday, April 11, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
