3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present for a public open house will be held Thursday, May 9, from 2:00 - 5:00 pm at the Activity Center to showcase the proposed design schematics for the potential remodel of the Activity Center and Public Library. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
