- 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may travel to and participate in the Congress for the New Urbanism CNU 32 Conference to be held Tuesday, May 14 through Saturday, May 18 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
