  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present for a Public Works Open House that will be held Wednesday, May 22, from 4:30 - 6:00 pm at the Street Division. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
