  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present for a Visit Brookings presentation that will be held Tuesday, May 28, from 5:00 - 5:30 pm at the Larson Ice Center. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
