- 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council, five (5) Park & Recreation, or six (6) Historic Preservation Commission members may be present for the Historic Bandshell Rededication to be held on Sunday, July 7, from 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm at Pioneer Park. Though a majority of City Council, Park & Recreation, or Historic Preservation Commission members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
