3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present for the Final Downtown Brookings Master Plan Open House to be held on Wednesday, August 7, from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
