3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present for the Meet State Move-In Event to be held on Friday, August 23, from 7:30 am – 12:30 pm at South Dakota State University. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
