  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present for the Pickleball Courts Ribbon Cutting to be held on Thursday, September 19, from 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm at Hillcrest Park. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
