  3. 3 It is possible that a quorum of City Council members and City volunteer board members may be present for the Mayor's Holiday Celebration & Awards Event to be held Wednesday, December 4, 2024 from at 5:00 - 8:30 p.m. Though a majority of City Council and City volunteer boards may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
