3. 3 It is possible that a quorum of City Council members and City volunteer board members may be present for a staff celebration to be held Saturday, December 14, 2024 from at 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.at the Larson Nature Center at Dakota Nature Park. Though a majority of City Council and City volunteer boards may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
