  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at the dedication of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Way at Pioneer Park to be held Tuesday, February 25, 2025 from 5:15 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
