3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at the Civics Bee at the South Dakota State University Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center to be held Thursday, March 27, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
