  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at a celebration of Steve Britzman's service at Mosaic Wine Bar & Small Plates to be held Thursday, April 17, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
