- 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at Chief Pete Bolzer's retirement celebration at the Brookings Fire Hall to be held Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
