  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at the Public Works Open House at the City Street Division to be held Wednesday, May 22, 2025 from 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
