  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at the Open House and 35th Anniversary Celebration at Brookings Area Transit Authority to be held Saturday, June 28, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
