- 4 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present for the City Council Strategic Planning Retreat to be held Wednesday, October 15 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 16 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Friday, October 17 from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
