- 3 It is possible that at least five (5) Park & Recreation Advisory Board members and four (4) City Council members may be present for a community meeting on the proposed plans for a new Police Station to be held on Monday, November 3, 2025, from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Though a majority of Park & Recreation Advisory Board members and City Council Members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
