3. 3 It is possible that at least three (3) Library Board members and four (4) City Council members may be present for an accreditation award from the South Dakota State Library on Monday, November 17, 2025, from 11:30 am – 12:00 pm. Though a majority of Library Board members and City Council Members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
4. 4 Library Board Members: Mark Binkley, Allison Schmitt, Kathryn Miller, Denise Hall, and Brittany Shaw. City Staff: Ashia Gustafson, Director of Library Services.
