- 3 It is possible that at least six (6) Historic Preservation Commission members and four (4) City Council members may be present for a downtown tour to be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm. Though a majority of Historic Preservation Commission members and City Council Members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
