2. 2 Notice of Quorum
3. 3 It is possible a quorum of City Council members may be present for the Mayor's Awards and Holiday Party on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. It is also possible a quorum of members of the following volunteer boards may be present as well: Airport Board, Brookings Disability Awareness Committee, Board of Appeals, Brookings Health System Board of Trustees, Business Improvement District #1 Board, Dacotah Bank Center Advisory Board, Historic Preservation Commission, Human Rights Commission, Library Board, Park & Recreation Board, Planning Commission, Public rts Commission, Sustainability Council, and Brookings Municipal Utility Board. No official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
