3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at the Cottonwood Coffee Downtown location for the Brookings Council of Nonprofits Coffee Social on Monday, March 23, 2026 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
