  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at the Brookings Regional Growth Alliance's 2026 “Taste of Brookings” Annual Celebration at the Dacotah Bank Center to be held Thursday, April 2, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
