  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at the Solventum ribbon-cutting to be held Thursday, April 2, 2026 10:00 a.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
