- 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at the Brookings Regional Humane Society's 2026 Paws for Wine event at the Dacotah Bank Center to be held Friday, April 24, 2026 from 5:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
