  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at the 2026 Brookings Economic Summit at the Dacotah Bank Center to be held Tuesday, May 5, 2026 from 7:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
