  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council and five (5) Public Arts Commission members may be present at the grand unveiling of the America’s 250th Community Mural to be held Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
