3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present for the Brookings Municipal Utilities 34th Avenue Water Plant Open House to be held at 1230 34th Avenue from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
