  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council or six (6) Human Rights Commission members may be present at the 7th Annual Juneteenth Celebration at Pioneer Park to be held Friday, June 19, 2026 from 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
