  3. 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council or six (6) Human Rights Commission members may be present at the Brookings PRIDE in the Park at Pioneer Park to be held Saturday, June 27, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
