Consider Planning Commission recommendation regarding petition M-2021-30 by Martin Marietta Materials Real Estate Investments, Inc. to rezone approximately 824.76 acres at 751 Porter Road, an unaddressed parcel north of 750 Porter Rd., and 896, 900, & 991 Hawkfield Road from Urban Development District (UD) in York County to Industry Heavy (IH). The subject property is proposed to be annexed into the City of Rock Hill. Tax parcels 624-00-00-187 & -188, and 622-00-00-013.
